Acceptance

By accessing sabicliq.com, registering an account, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, share other members’ private information, upload harmful content, or disrupt the community or its services.

Programs and content

Course materials, program content and resources are provided for your personal learning and remain the intellectual property of SabiCLIQ or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

Community conduct

Members are expected to engage with respect and integrity. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism or other misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the community, subject to our review process.

Certificates

Certificates are issued only when the published completion requirements for a course are met. We may verify, correct or revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained through misconduct.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Programs, features and content may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SabiCLIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
