Common questions
I can't log in to my account
Use the password reset link on the Student Login page. If the reset email does not arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then send us the form below.
How do I enroll in a course?
Browse the Course Catalogue, open a course and click Enroll. You need a free student account — create one on the registration page.
My course progress is not saving
Make sure you are logged in while learning and click “Mark as Complete” at the end of each lesson. If progress is still missing, tell us the course and lesson below.
Do I get a certificate?
Course completion is tracked on your dashboard. Downloadable certificates will be enabled once the certificate add-on is live — see Certificate Verification.
