Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Sabi CAMP cohorts and paid services. Free programs and scholarships are not covered by refunds. This policy takes effect when paid enrolment is activated.
Eligibility for a refund
If you request a refund before your cohort officially begins, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable transaction fees. Once a cohort has started and you have accessed course materials, refunds are handled on a pro-rata or case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available after a significant portion of the program has been completed, for missed sessions (no-shows), or where certificates have already been issued.
Cohort cancellation by SabiCLIQ
If we cancel a cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
How to request a refund
Send your request to payment@sabicliq.com with your name, the program, and your payment reference. We aim to respond within a reasonable number of business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
